I’ve known Stephanie’s family since I was quite young, growing up in the same town, and going to the same school as Steph and her sisters. So it was very surreal to see this beautiful young woman, all grown up and getting married, when in your minds eye she’s still a little girl in her primary school uniform! Needless to say, Steph made an absolutely beautiful bride. I was fortunate enough to photograph Steph’s sisters wedding in 2004, and with two more girls in the family, I’m sure it won’t be the last time our paths cross!
After the ceremony at a lovely quaint little country church in the Brisbane Valley, we headed in to the Brookwater Golf Club, the location for the formal bridal party shoot, and the reception. So, what do you get when you mix a bridal party of 10, beer and champagne, and a handful of golf carts?? Absolute hilarity!! The guys had such a great time, and we couldn’t of asked for more with the weather. Lets hope the rain comes back, but also hope it can wait until Monday!!
